If your lady does not have a personal email address, of course you can mail her a letter, but you would have to wait at least 35-40 days for her to answer and maybe even longer. Letters can easily get lost in Russia . Using our Mail Forwarding service, the time it would take for you send a letter should only be 3-4 days . You could send a letter by UPS or FedEx in the same amount of time but it will be 5 to 10 times more expensive!   Why spend extra money? 

We highly recommend you use our Mail-Forwarding service for all your initial correspondence even if a lady states in her contact information that she has her own email address. In countries of the Former Soviet Union, having a home Internet connection is still quite expensive and most ladies (more than 90%) cannot afford one. Many of them open email boxes at Internet cafes, but the service is not cheap and ladies who aren’t corresponding regularly with someone, seldom check their email (about 1 time per week). Also Russian email can be unreliable and messages are frequently lost. With your Account, you will be able to use our services with Great Discounts, Quickly and Easily, without having to pay for each order separately.  After you open an Account, our system will email you the Account -password, which you must save for future reference when ordering the services.  

Each time you order the services [Express Mail Forwarding, Letter Translation or Phone Translation (3-way calling)], our server will deduct appropriate amount from your Account.  You may check your Account at any time.  If you wish to close your Account, we can credit the remaining balance toward any of our other services or we can refund your remaining balance to you by check.

 How does it work?

1.   Type your letter and scan your quality photos in advance.

2.   Go to the lady's Profile and click the "E-mail Me" button. 

3.   Insert your letter and pictures into your ORDER FORM . We accept photos only in .jpg format and the size of each photo is limited to 100 Kb.

4.   When you submit your ORDER FORM, your letter will be immediately forwarded by email to one of our representative’s offices in Russia, Ukraine or Belarus in the city closest to your lady.  They will translate your letter (if need it), print it, place it into a local envelope and mail it to your lady. If your lady lives in the same city, our agent will call her to insure the fastest reply possible and she may pick up the letter at the office.

5.   After the lady receives your letter, she can e-mail you a reply the same way in reverse.
