Welcome to YourBride.com, an international matchmaking club for single people with serious expectations.  By using the YourBride.com web site (which may hereinafter be referred to as the "Site"), you must agree to be bound by the YourBride.com Terms and Conditions Agreement (which may hereinafter be referred to as the "Agreement") stated herein, whether or not you register as a member of the YourBride.com International Matchmaking Club (which may hereinafter be referred to as "Member"), for as long as you continue to use any service of the YourBride.com web site (which may hereafter be referred to as "Service"). Please read the Agreement carefully. If you don’t agree to the Agreement, please don’t use or register for any Service or otherwise use the Site.

1.      ELIGIBILITY.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use the Site. ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENTS BY ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED (by any person under the age of 21 in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority). However, we cannot guarantee that each Member is at least the required minimum age, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication or other use or access of the Site by persons under the age of 18 in violation of the Agreement. 

2.      PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.

YourBride.com contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information and software of YourBride.com and its licensors.  Except for that information for which you have been given specific prior written permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any such proprietary information.

3.  CHANGES.

YourBride.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time; Change any fees for using the Site; Change the Site, including eliminating any content or service on or feature of the Site. Any changes made by YourBride.com will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting on the Site or by electronic mail (email).  You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions.  Your use of the Site after such notice will be deemed acceptance of the changes.

4. REGISTRATION.        

           To become a Member or use our Service, you must first register with us by completing your

           background information and the Personal Profile Form.  When you register  with us, you agree to

           provide  to YourBride.com your accurate, current and complete information as requested, and to

           maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete.  If any of your

           information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to

           terminate this Agreement and prevent your use of the Site. 

           5. TERMINATIONS.

Either you or YourBride.com can terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party.  We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to our attention through any means.  All membership fees paid are nonrefundable.

6. ACCOUNTS.

 To be able use Express Mail Forwarding, Letter Translation or Phone Translation (3-way calling) services, you must first open an account with us.  After you open an account, the server will automatically send to you by electronic mail (email) your unique Password.  Each time you order a service [Express Mail Forwarding, Letter Translation or Phone Translation (3-way calling)], our server will deduct the appropriate amount from your account.  You may check your account at any time.  If you wish to close your account, we can credit the remaining balance toward any of our other services or we can refund your remaining balance to you by check.  You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your account and password.  If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us by email.

 7. ONLINE CONTENT.

You understand and agree that: Your Membership and Services are only for your sole personal use.  You may not authorize or allow others to use your Membership and Services and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. All the contact information and addresses you receive from the Site are for your personal use only and you will not transfer them, sell them or use them in any commercial way whatsoever. You understand that if you violate these provisions, you will be liable for up to $1,000.00 per infraction for each individual address or contact information.  Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  You agree to pay for any and all attorney fees, legal fees, court costs or any other expense necessary to enforce these provisions.  You are solely responsible for the content or information you post, publish or display (which may hereinafter be referred to as "post") on the Site, or transmit to other Members.  Organizations, businesses and/or companies may not become members of YourBride.com and shall not use the Site for any purpose without our express authoritarian.  YourBride.com may refuse to post or may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of YourBride.com violates the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights or harm or threaten the safety of Nataly's Introductions and/or its Members.  You will not post on the Site, or transmit to other Members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and rights of privacy and publicity).  You will use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.  You will not include in your Personal Profile or your Marriage Ad offensive anatomical or sexual references or offensive, sexually suggestive or connotative language or any confidential information of any third person and you will not post or transmit to other Members any photographs or other images containing nudity or such personal information.  YourBride.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any Profile, Marriage Ad or photograph or image that does not comply with these prohibitions.  You will not impersonate any person or entity.  You will not "stalk" or otherwise harass any person.  You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members.  YourBride.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. YourBride.com disclaims any and all liability for death or personal injury due to the actions or negligence of our members, affiliates, associates, agents, representatives or any other person or persons.

  You will not engage in advertising to or solicitation of other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Site.  You will not transmit any chain letters, spam or junk email to the Site and/or to other Members.  You will not express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us without our specific prior written consent.  You will not harvest or collect personal information about other Members, whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent.  You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents.  You will not post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.  You will not interfere with or disrupt the Services or the Site or the servers or networks connected to the Services or the Site.

8. COPYRIGHT POLICY.

You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.  You will not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site.  You will not "frame" or "mirror" any part of the Site, without our prior written authorization.  You also shall not use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to YourBride.com or the Service or the Site in order to direct any person to any other Web site for any purpose.  You will not modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Site or any software used on or for the Site or cause others to do so.  All the photographs of the women displayed on the Site as well as the graphic images and other content are protected by copyright.  You agree to abide by Federal copyright laws and further agree not to copy, reproduce, retransmit, resell, publish or otherwise transfer any such copyrighted material in any format.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.

 YourBride.com including its directors, officers, agents, subsidiaries and employees, is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in connection with any YourBride.com Service, whether caused by users, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Service, nor for the conduct of any user and/or Member of the YourBride.com Service whether online or offline. YourBride.com  assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user and/or member communications.  YourBride.com is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or line, computer on-line-system, server or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of email or player on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the YourBride.com Site and/or in connection with the YourBride.com Service. Under no circumstances shall YourBride.com  be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any content posted on the YourBride.com Site or transmitted to YourBride.com Members.  The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and YourBride.com expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.  YourBride.com cannot guarantee and does not imply or promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the YourBride.com Service.  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold YourBride.com, our directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from your breach of this Agreement; any allegation that any materials that you submit to us or transmit to the Site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or your activities in connection with YourBride.com. This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party, including any indemnified person.
